CanSupport held ‘Remembrance Day’ for the first time in Bathinda, Punjab on Sunday, 10 December 2023.
Annual Remembrance Day is a very special event that brings together bereaved families to honor and celebrate the life of dear ones lost to cancer by lighting diyas and putting up messages on the Remembrance Tree.
About 150 caregivers gathered to offer shradhaanjali to their loved ones lost to cancer. Many of the caregivers travelled long distances to be part of this event, to not miss an opportunity to share their testimonies and thank CanSupport.
It was a heart touching moment when the caregivers wrote and tied their messages balloons to reach out to their loved ones in the heaven.
