Home Based Palliative Care

CanSupport operates India's largest home based palliative care program, and we have been doing this free of charge since 1996. We have pioneered the model which has been replicated in various states in collaboration with State Governments.

Outpatient Pain & Palliative Care Clinics

CanSupport launched its Outpatient Clinics (OPCs) in 2013 to extend palliative and supportive care beyond the ambit of home visits for transient patients or those receiving active curative therapies in hospitals.

Day Care

CanSupport's Day Care program gives children, teenagers, and adults with cancer and other serious illnesses, and their caregivers, a safe and reassuring space managed by compassionate volunteers and assisted by staff.

Pain Management

Support patients with medications for pain and symptom management aimed at maximising comfort and quality of life. CanSupport is licensed to procure and dispense oral morphine, thereby saving those under our care from unnecessary pain.

Ration/Nutrition Support

Support supply of dry food ration and nutrition supplements for underprivileged patients. They are not in a physical condition to take up any manner of an income generation activity and the rest of the family is usually too engaged in their caregiving process to make any earning possible.

Rehabilitation/Livelihood Support

CanSupport provides rehabilitation and livelihood support to destitute patients and their caregivers to stay afloat or tide over economic crises, especially cases where a family's chief earner or breadwinner is not able to work due to their illness.
