CanSupport and Fortis Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences organized “Helpline Networking Meet” on December 10, 2019 at CanSupport Head Office for NGOs who are operating support helplines.

The meet served as a common platform for sharing experiences, keeping abreast with new practices and network. Keshav Sharma, Psycho Oncologist, Fortis hospital took a special session on “how to handle difficult calls”.

Her session was aimed at giving new perspective on how to counsel and handle calls related to difficult situations. A total of 4 NGOs and 28 delegates participated in the workshop.
