The Knowledge and Training Department conducted the Annual Foundation Course in Palliative Care in Sant Baba Bhag Singh Institute of Nursing, Khiala Village, Jalandhar on 9 and 10 May 2019. The program was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Sant Baba Dilawar Singh Brahm, Chancellor of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University.

There were 140 students and 60 faculty members who attended this two-day Annual Foundation Course in Palliative Care. The course included topics such as introduction to Palliative Care, Nursing and Psychological issues in Palliative Care. The use of role play methodology engaged the participants and keep them engrossed in the course.
